In our final month, to ensure the systems we build actually get used—and used well—we provide hands-on training and implementation support for your team.
We offer three live, recorded training sessions that walk your team through how to use your new grant strategy, Standard Grant Narrative, and AI-Powered Grants Hub™. We also include three tailored coaching sessions to address your team’s unique challenges and ensure smooth adoption.
Month 6 will will also include the writing of 1-3 LOIs or grant applications to show users how to implement the system and all of the materials we created and writing we did.
If you plan to hire internal staff to manage grantseeking moving forward, we’ll help you prepare the position description, recruitment materials, and application review process so you’re equipped to make a strong hire.
By the completion of this phase in Month 6, your organization will have a fully operational, funder-ready grantseeking system—and a team aligned and empowered to carry it forward.
