She has secured and managed over $45 million in federal, state, and foundation grants for education, nonprofit, business, and government partners. Formerly Director, Grants/Resource Development at Technical College, Dori led multi-million-dollar projects, built partnerships, and advanced workforce development goals across the region. She secured awards including a $9.8 million Workforce Innovation Grant and $4 million from the Department of Labor. Dori holds a Master’s in Educational Administration from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls. She serves on local boards and is committed to helping organizations secure resources that build a lasting community impact.
