Dr. Stephanie Weaver is a Grant Strategist and Course Developer at Krista Kurlinkus, LLC, where the team helps nonprofits win more grant funding through strategic grant writing, infrastructure, and AI. She works directly with nonprofit organizations on grant research, writing, and strategy, from identifying the right opportunities to developing the narratives and materials that make applications competitive. Her clients work across human rights and democracy, racial and social justice, arts and culture, and workforce and economic development.
A significant part of Stephanie’s work is building the infrastructure that makes grant programs sustainable over time. This includes developing Standard Grant Narratives, reusable source documents that support future applications, and designing Notion-based AI Grants Hubs that centralize an organization’s funder data, proposal drafts, and tracking in one workspace with tailored AI tools built in.
