Timeline & Process

Day 1 - Discovery & Strategy

Begin with a 1-1 strategy session with your dedicated grant consultant to discuss your organization's funding needs, priorities, and capacity. This collaborative conversation establishes the foundation for targeted research and evaluation.

Days 2-3 - Research & Analysis

Your consultant conducts comprehensive funder research, evaluation, and strategic planning. We will put together your final grant prospect list with priority ranking, recommendations on which program to apply for and how much, and an individual concept note for each funding opportunity.

Day 4 - Deliverable & Review

On day 4 we'll go over your final funder list and review each opportunity in depth, paying close attention to top ranked funding opportunities. After our final meeting you'll have two additional weeks of email support.

Requirements

The Grant Strategy Intensive is designed as a highly collaborative engagement that requires active client participation at key touch points during the full four-day timeline. Client availability and timely responsiveness are essential to the successful completion of this service. Client time investment is, on average, 3 hours.
