Day 1 - Discovery & Planning

We'll begin with a kick-off meeting where your consultant learns more about your organization, the specific program or project, your target population, outcomes, budget, and the funding opportunity requirements. Following the session, your consultant begins drafting the grant narrative and budget. We'll gather additional organizational information as needed after we establish the basics.

Day 2 - Writing & Development

Your consultant drafts your grant proposal, applying PhD-level writing expertise to craft compelling narratives, construct persuasive arguments, and align your organization's strengths with the funder's priorities. A 1-hour check-in meeting will be held to review progress, answer questions, and ensure alignment on the narrative and budget direction.

Day 3 - Refinement & Finalization

Begin with a 1-hour morning check-in, then your consultant finalizes the narrative and budget. End the day with a 1-hour final review meeting to present and discuss the completed deliverables.

Before beginning the 3-day intensive, clients pay a $250 non-refundable deposit for initial review of the grant opportunity and your organizational information. After review, we'll determine whether the grant can be written within the timeline and budget. If yes, the $250 applies toward the total cost. If no, we'll provide strategic advice and the deposit is non-refundable.

Please note: this service cannot be applied to Federal Grants exceeding $250k*.
